If you are a foreign citizen who is thinking about working in Russian, you need to be sure that
you know the following:
1. The company that employs you must have an Employment Permit.
2. You, as an employee, should have a Work Permit;
3. You must come to Russia on a work visa,rather than business visa;
4. The inviting party to your invitation is the company that employs you.
